Terms of Service (Pre-Launch Draft)

1. Independent Student Platform

NinerHub is an independent student platform operated by an individual. NinerHub is NOT affiliated with, operated by, endorsed, or sponsored by the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNC Charlotte). All campus references (e.g. building names, library hours, transit lines) are utilized for community informational convenience only.

2. Community Standards

Users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Prohibited behaviors include:

• Harassment, abusive behavior, stalking, or intimidation of any fellow student.
• Fraudulent marketplace listings or misrepresentation of goods.
• Violations of campus academic integrity or distributing unauthorized exam materials.
• Impersonating university officials, professors, or other students.

3. Marketplace Transactions

NinerHub provides a venue for students to discover peer-to-peer listings. NinerHub does not process payments, hold funds in escrow, inspect merchandise, or ship items. Students are encouraged to conduct exchanges in public, well-trafficked campus areas during daylight hours (e.g., Popp Martin Student Union or Atkins Library).
